Hoelscher Farms pastured pork comes from our Large Black hogs. A heritage breed know from their top quality meat. Our hogs are raised all natural on pasture their entire lives. They are able to root, wallow and just be pigs! To insure a proper diet, we also feed them our All Natural Non Gmo Soy free feed.
